Learn how to crack the Erasmus+ code together with your project partners

Date: 19–21 August (arrival 19 August, departure 22 August)
Location: Oslo
Who: New organisations planning to submit an Erasmus+ Youth application in October + their partner organisations
Working language: English

Are you exploring your first Erasmus+ Youth project but find it a bit overwhelming, or feel stuck in the application process? We would very much like to support you in making your project idea a reality.

In August, we are hosting a 2-day course for those who already have partners and a project idea in place. The aim of the training is that you leave with a solid foundation for submitting an application in October.

You will choose one project idea that you want to develop and apply for funding for and bring along the partners you plan to implement the project with. For a first application, we recommend limiting the number of partners to a maximum of 4 (including your own organisation).

We offer:

  • An introduction to the application form and insight into what makes a successful application
  • Plenty of time to work together with your partner(s) on your own project application
  • Access to individual guidance from an Erasmus+ Youth project officer
  • Opportunities to join short workshops or information sessions to strengthen the quality of your application
  • Full board and accommodation

Our expectations:

  • You attend the course together with one representative from each partner organisation involved in the project, so that the application is developed jointly
  • All partners have confirmed their participation and have the mandate to develop the project on behalf of their organisation
  • You have a clear idea of what you want to achieve with your project (and, if relevant for the project type, how young people will be involved)

The application deadline is 01.07.26. The application has to be submitted by the Norwegian partner on behalf of all partners in the project.
